About me

As a UX and product researcher and linguist with 8+ years of experience studying human communication, I’m an expert at using mixed methods to assess subconscious human behavior and determining what people actually mean when they say what they say.

Since receiving my PhD in 2023, I've been working as a lead UX researcher with the Internal Revenue Service to improve the taxpayer experience with IRS online chats, including chatbot and live chat.

When I'm not working

Outside of work, you can find me cooking (and eating), enjoying the outdoors, playing with my cats, and visiting new places. I also love card and board games, so recommendations are always welcome!
