I received my PhD in linguistics from UC Berkeley in 2023, and I've been working to understand subconscious human behavior since 2016. Currently, I work as the lead UX researcher for chatbot at a federal government agency. I love combining qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand what makes people tick and finding patterns in messy data sets.
